SELLER AGREEMENT
7 Mile Mercantile LLC

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 7 Mile Mercantile LLC ("Marketplace", "we", "us") and the undersigned seller ("Seller", "you").

By registering as a seller on 7 Mile Mercantile, you agree to the following terms:


  1. MARKETPLACE ROLE

7 Mile Mercantile LLC operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform. Sellers list and sell products directly to customers through the platform.

7 Mile Mercantile LLC is not the manufacturer of goods and does not take ownership of inventory.

  1. COMMISSION

Seller agrees that 7 Mile Mercantile LLC provides marketplace hosting, payment processing, and credit card transaction handling as part of its seller services. In exchange for these services, 7 Mile Mercantile LLC will retain a commission of 12.5% of the product sale price only, excluding shipping charges and applicable taxes, for each completed transaction. 

No commission is charged on shipping collected from the customer. This commission includes all payment processing and credit card fees. There are no listing fees — sellers only pay the 12.5% commission on completed product sales. 

Commission is automatically deducted prior to payout to the seller.


  1. PAYMENTS AND PAYOUTS

All customer payments are processed through the marketplace.

7 Mile Mercantile LLC collects funds on behalf of Sellers and distributes payouts according to internal payout schedules.

7 Mile Mercantile LLC reserves the right to:
• Delay payouts for fraud review, returns, or disputes
• Offset refunds or chargebacks against future payouts
• Withhold funds where necessary to protect the platform

  1. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Sellers are solely responsible for:
• Setting shipping rates
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Providing tracking information
• Ensuring accurate shipping methods and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are passed through to Sellers and are not subject to marketplace commission.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Sellers are responsible for accepting returns in accordance with marketplace policies.

If a refund is issued:
• The Seller’s earnings for that transaction will be reversed
• If already paid, the amount may be deducted from future payouts

Sellers must provide a valid return address and cooperate in resolving disputes.

  1. SALES TAX (MARKETPLACE FACILITATOR)

7 Mile Mercantile LLC acts as a marketplace facilitator where required by law.

The marketplace will collect and remit applicable sales taxes on behalf of Sellers for transactions processed through the platform in jurisdictions where marketplace facilitator laws apply.

Sellers agree:
• Not to independently collect sales tax on marketplace transactions where tax is collected by 7 Mile Mercantile LLC
• That they remain responsible for income taxes and any other applicable business taxes

  1. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND LEGALITY

Seller agrees that all products listed and sold comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Wildlife and animal product laws
• Interstate commerce restrictions
• Labeling and disclosure requirements

  1. WILDLIFE, FUR, AND CITES COMPLIANCE

Seller represents and warrants that:

• All wildlife products (including, but not limited to, fur, hides, skulls, and animal parts) are legally obtained, possessed, and eligible for sale under all applicable laws

• All items comply with all applicable federal, state, and local wildlife laws and regulations

• Any products subject to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) are properly tagged, documented, permitted, and legally eligible for sale and shipment.

Seller acknowledges and agrees that Seller is solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Determining whether a product is legal to list, sell, transport, and ship to any jurisdiction

• Ensuring full compliance with all licensing, tagging, permitting, and documentation requirements

• Restricting or preventing sales to jurisdictions where such items are prohibited or restricted

7 Mile Mercantile LLC reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to remove, restrict, or refuse any listing or product that may violate, or is suspected of violating, applicable wildlife, trade, or regulatory laws.

7 Mile Mercantile LLC assumes no responsibility for verifying the legality of any wildlife product listed by Seller, and all legal responsibility remains with the Seller.

  1. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Seller may not list or sell:

• Illegal wildlife products
• Items prohibited by federal or state law
• Counterfeit or misrepresented goods
• Any item that violates marketplace policies

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE

7 Mile Mercantile LLC reserves the right to restrict, limit, or prohibit the listing, sale, or shipment of certain products to specific states, jurisdictions, or regions where such items may be restricted or regulated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• State-level restrictions on fur, wildlife products, or animal parts
• Species-specific regulations
• Import/export limitations
• Local or municipal ordinances

Sellers agree to:

• Comply with all applicable geographic restrictions
• Accurately represent items and their eligibility for sale
• Honor any platform-imposed restrictions on listings or shipping destinations

7 Mile Mercantile LLC may remove or restrict listings at its sole discretion to maintain legal compliance or reduce regulatory risk.


  1. LIABILITY

Seller assumes full responsibility for all products sold, including but not limited to:

• Product safety
• Legal compliance
• Shipping and fulfillment
• Customer disputes related to the product

Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 7 Mile Mercantile LLC from any claims arising from Seller’s products or actions.

  1. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

7 Mile Mercantile LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Seller account at its discretion, including for:

• Policy violations
• Legal risk
• Customer complaints
• Fraudulent activity

  1. MODIFICATIONS

7 Mile Mercantile LLC may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
